You practise
Do I need a camera?
No. Your camera is optional, and you can turn it off at any time.
Do I need to install an app?
No, the browser is enough, on a phone or a computer. If you prefer, the phone and tablet app does the same.
What if something comes up?
Cancellation is free and refunded up to 24 hours before the class. After that you can still cancel, without a refund. If the coach cancels, everyone is refunded.
The class is full?
Join the waiting list. If a spot frees up, it is offered to the first person on the list, who has 30 minutes to pay for it.
Are classes recorded?
No, there is no replay. The class happens live, at the stated time.
What if my connection drops during the class?
A button takes you back into the room, and the class goes on.
